Federal election polls open 7 to 7

Voters will go to the polls today across Canada and cast ballots in the 41st federal election.
All eligible Peachland voters can cast their ballots at the Peachland Community Centre — the only polling station in Peachland. Voting is open today from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Peachlanders will cast ballots for their choice for Member of Parliament for the Okanagan-Coquihalla riding. There are six candidates running:
- Dan Bouchard (Green Party)
- John Kidder (Liberal Party)
- Dan Albas (Conservative Party)
- David Finnis (NDP)
- Sean Upshaw (Independent)
- Dietrich Wittel (Independent)
Elections Canada is reminding voters to take with them proper identification. More information is available at www.elections.ca
