Barefoot in the Park fence blown down

Workers scramble Saturday to erect a fence along Beach Avenue at Cousins Park before the start of Dancin' Barefoot in the Park. A sudden storm swept into Peachland, blowing over the temporary fence. Tsawwassen rockers 54-50 will take to the stage later tonight(Dave Preston photo)
