Crime: Stolen car trailer
Date: May 7, 2012

The theft of a car trailer was reported to West Kelowna RCMP on May 7. The owner had parked it at the end of last season and is not sure exactly when it was stolen. It was taken from the 1600 block of Pritchard Drive and is described as a 2011 Featherlite 22 foot box trailer (model 4340). The trailer is black in colour, and unique in the fact that the back end is completely sheeted in polished stainless steel and looks like a mirror. The trailer bore BC plates SR3S9B and VIN # 4FGA4242XBC117757.

Crime: Break and enter to mailboxes

On May 17, 2012, a Canada Post employee filed a report with West Kelowna RCMP Detachment regarding violated mailboxes. Mailboxes in several locations had been broken into and mail was stolen. The locations of the mailboxes are: 1500 block McNaughton Road, 1500 block of Westlake Road, 1400 block of Parkinson Road, 1200 block of Shelby Crescent, 2440 Old OK Highway and Grizzly Road (at Cougar Road).
