Peachland Skate Park final design released

Skateboarders will get a chance to see the final design of the Peachland Skate Park Wednesday night.

Construction of the park, designed and to be built by Lower Mainland company Newline Skateparks, is expected to commence early in October and skateboarders, inline skaters and BMX/mountain bike riders should be doing their thing later this fall.

    Sure glad that I no longer live in that area, dealing with highway noise and pedestrian traffic was bad enough.
    I wonder if the town has a grand plan to purchase the surrounding properties on SanClemente like they did in the downtown core for future endeavors?
