In 2010, 22.9 per cent of Central Okanagan children were vulnerable on at least one of these five scales of development (down from 27 per cent in the 2001-2004 period). The provincial goal is that by 2015 no more than 15 per cent of EDI-tested children in B.C. will be considered vulnerable on one or more of the scales.
